What We Collect
Neural Firefly collects account information such as your name, email address, authentication provider, and organization details you choose to provide. When you use the product, we process uploaded gameplay clips, file metadata, generated analysis reports, and basic usage logs needed to run, secure, and improve the service.
How We Use Data
We use your data to authenticate users, provide gameplay analysis, store and retrieve reports, monitor product reliability, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about the service. We do not sell customer gameplay clips or account data.
Uploaded Clips
Uploaded gameplay clips are used to generate diagnostic reports for your account. You should only upload media that you have the right to use. We may temporarily store media and derived analysis outputs in private storage to operate the product.
Service Providers
We use third-party infrastructure providers, including hosting, authentication, storage, and GPU inference providers, to deliver the service. These providers process data only as needed to support Neural Firefly.
